Basso Cantante Oliver Munique was a student of Prof. Sigune von Osten at the music academy of Würzburg, Southern Germany. He later continued his studies with Ruggerio Raimondi and David Kim, a student of Alfredo Kraus.
He appeared at the opera houses Staatstheater Darmstadt, Würzburg, Wiesbaden and Ulm.
He is a modern exponent of the Italian Belcanto tradition and is much cherished for his warm voice timbre and capturing interpretations of roles of the operas Parsifal, Turandot, Die Zauberflöte, Der Rosenkavalier, Le Nozze di Figaro and Don Giovanni, among many others. Works of lied and oratorio belong equally well to the repertoire of Oliver Munique.
Actually the artist prepares for Masetto(Don Giovanni) at Gran Teatre Liceu Barcelona and Holländer.
